Purpose

Encourages Appalachian communities to work alongside state governments to design impactful investment opportunities.

Eligible Activities

Critical infrastructure (water/wastewater systems, transportation networks, broadband, regional economic development); Business and workforce development (entrepreneurship, worker training and education, food systems, leadership, human capital development). Applicants should contact SAP&DC first.
