Create or expand recovery ecosystems that lead to workforce entry or re-entry.

Eligible Activities

Investments in healthcare networks that support substance abuse recovery professionals, recovery-focused job training, initiatives designed to coordinate recovery services and training.

Units of Local Government , Institutions of Higher Education , Non-Profit Organizations , Local Development Districts
