Keystone Communities Program (KCP)

Purpose

A national main street model-based program focused on downtowns and surrounding neighborhoods for economic revitalization. Communities can be designated as a “Main Street,” an “Elm Street,” or a “Keystone Community” community, which opens up free technical assistance and an “edge” for funding. A designation is not necessary for project funding, however.
