READY Appalachia

Purpose

A capacity-building initiative dedicated to offering no-cost training and match-free funding for participants to increase their capacity to solve pressing issues and create lasting, positive change in their communities.

Eligible Activities

READY Appalachia provides training courses to community foundations, local governments, non-profits, and local development districts. Following the training, participants are awarded $50,000 in no-match funding. The funding can be used toward capacity-building projects.
